Since every couple has different needs, we offer three "day of" wedding packages to choose from. You’ve had the fun of planning your big day, now let us carryout your plans while you, your friends and your family sit back and enjoy the moment.

"Day-of" Package #1 Day-of Wedding Essentials- starting at $800
This package is perfect for the couple who only needs a coordinator for the actual wedding day itself to meet vendors, oversee the set-up of the ceremony and reception, set-up seating cards and favors, carry out the timeline, and cater to your family's needs as they arise. Included in this package are:

· One Coordinator on your wedding day

· Vendor referrals

· Six hours of “Wedding Day Services” (see attachment for details)

· One initial consultation meeting

· "Vision" meeting so that we can fully understand each detail and execute your day perfectly

· Itinerary Review

Package #2 "Day-of Wedding Basics" - starting at $1,000
This package is similar to package #1, but includes coordination of the rehearsal, 2 additional hours of wedding day availability, and an assistant coordinator on the wedding day.

· Choreograph wedding processional and recessional at rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

· One coordinator and one assistant on your wedding day

· Vendor referrals

· Eight hours of “Wedding Day Services” (see attachment for details)

· One initial consultation meeting

· "Vision" meeting so that we can fully understand each detail and execute your day perfectly

· Itinerary Review

Package #3 "Day-of Wedding Perfection" - starting at $1,200
This package is for the couple who wants to plan their wedding, but would like some support in the process to ensure that their wedding day is perfect.

· Vendor referrals

· Advice as requested

· Detailed itinerary creation

· Vendor contact sheet creation

· Vendor confirmation one week prior to the wedding day

· Review of vendor contracts

· Choreograph wedding processional and recessional at rehearsal

· An initial consultation meeting

· A coordinator and one assistant on your wedding day

· An "itinerary" meeting

· Detailed task list to help make your planning process go smoothly

· A "vision" meeting

· Eight hours of “Wedding Day Services” (see attachment for details)
