Ensure the reception area décor is as you wished before allowing guests to enter
Assist your Maid of Honor in the bustling of your Wedding Dress
Prepare the MC and wedding party for the grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, and bouquet toss
See to it that you and your family’s every need is catered to
Supervise and communicate with the chef, banquet captain and catering staff to ensure excellent and timely dinner service
Prep and cue everyone scheduled to give toasts
Ensure we have comfortable shoes ready for the bride to change into at the reception if desired and make-up available to touch up if needed throughout the day
Handle any emergencies or unexpected occurrences
Keep the wedding day running on schedule
Provide on-site emergency kit
Distribute final balances and gratuities to vendors on your behalf
Secure all gifts and personal items with the caretaker of your choice
Collect your guest book, pen, toasting glasses, cake top, etc & bring everything to your honeymoon suite, designated room or designated car
Coordinate with getaway transportation, make sure that they are present and on time
